Bristol Ambulance (Part of Emed Group) has a fantastic opportunity for Ambulance Care Assistants to join our team based in Bristol.

We're seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential support to patients during their medical journeys.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with mobility needs and medical equipment during transport.
  • Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and report incidents or concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols while on duty.
  • Collaborate with ambulance crew members and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Full UK manual driving licence held for minimum 12 months if over 21, or 24 months if under 21
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Physical fitness to assist patients with mobility needs
