Role Responsibilities
- Assist patients with mobility needs and medical equipment during transport.
- Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate records and report incidents or concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols while on duty.
- Collaborate with ambulance crew members and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence held for minimum 12 months if over 21, or 24 months if under 21
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Physical fitness to assist patients with mobility needs
