Job Details
Salary: NJC Grade 6 currently £27,254 - £28,598 per annum pro rata. (Actual salary £17,593 - £18,461 p.a. dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent (Term time only)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (including 45 minutes of unpaid breaks).
Location: Worthing area

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a SEMH Learning Mentor to support our EYFS & KS1 children. This is a truly rewarding role where you'll play a key part in helping pupils overcome barriers, build confidence and unlock their full potential.
You will support children and families who need additional emotional and behavioural guidance, empowering them to develop self-regulation, positive relationships and a love for learning. Every day will bring a chance to positively impact a child’s future.

We are looking for someone who:

You will be working within a large team of teachers and support staff across the year groups and will be provided with excellent support from the Leadership team.
