Nationwide is seeking an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor to join our onsite team in Swindon. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping with everyday banking needs, with full training provided.
Working 5 days out of 7, 8am–8pm shifts, you’ll handle inbound calls, build rapport, and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month temporary role with supportive coaching.
