Nationwide is seeking Customer Representatives to join our Port Talbot branch. You’ll welcome members and explain how to use digital services and the self-service tech available in the banking hall.
Our customers value talking to a friendly human face, and you may help identify additional needs or direct questions to specialists. The role includes 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 0900-1700 and Sat 0930-1300).
Training will be full time: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for about 3 weeks; hourly rate is £14.56.
