Nationwide Kings Park Road, Moulton Park, Northampton is recruiting an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls to assist with everyday banking needs, with full training provided.
We’re seeking empathetic, clear communicators who are comfortable using a computer. Shifts are 8am–8pm, 5 days out of 7, with a rolling pattern and six weeks’ notice for shift changes.
