West Sussex County Council is seeking a Youth Justice Support Officer in the Restorative Justice Team based at County Hall North, Horsham with countywide travel. The role is full time (37 hours) and fixed term/secondment until 31.03.2027, with a salary of £30,515 to £33,119 per annum.
You will deliver reparation projects and Unpaid Work programmes for young people, possibly supervising 1–2 children subject to disposals, while building restorative relationships and supporting long-term change.
