Salary: £24,944.32 to £27,444.22

Working Pattern: Term time only, plus INSET

Location: Bohunt Horsham

What You Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Significant experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary school.
• Experience planning and delivering targeted interventions.
• Experience working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external agencies.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse assessment information and use data to inform provision.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

• Specialist qualifications or training relevant to the provision area.
• Experience using Provision Map or similar SEND software.
• Experience contributing to Access Arrangements evidence.
• Experience delivering staff training.
• Knowledge of current evidence-based intervention programmes.
