Learning Associate Grade 5: £19212.00 (actual salary incl Crawley Weighting)
Permanent
8.15am-3.00pm – Monday to Friday Term-Time only plus INSET days
We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school. Applications are invited from people who have:
- An understanding of a range of SEND needs;
- The ability to encourage students to become independent learners;
- The ability to draw out the best student outcomes;
- C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent).
Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students’ academic, emotional, social and personal development.
