Nationwide Hartlepool is hiring a Customer Representative to welcome members into our branches and guide them through digital services and self-service options in the banking hall.

You will help customers with their finances, identify additional needs, and route them to specialists when necessary.

Training will be provided to cover products, services and fraud protection, with a flexible Monday–Saturday shift pattern.
