Nationwide AMS is seeking multiple Customer Support Advisors for a 12-month contract, based at Portman House, Bournemouth BH2 6EP. You will handle administration, broker registrations and payment processing while delivering high-quality service to our broker network.
In the eSupport and OPS teams you’ll assist brokers via chat, email and telephony, troubleshoot issues, maintain databases, and work with the Financial Crime team to ensure compliance.
