EMEA Recruitment is working with a purpose‑led, global organization as it looks to hire a Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager. As Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager, you’ll lead compensation, benefits, analytics, and HR technology for an international setting. Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and a trusted partner to senior executives. This role can be based out of Amsterdam, London, Berlin, Brussels, or Paris. Salary dependent on experience (£85,000-£95,000 + bonus + benefits).
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Drive people analytics that power smarter workforce decisions.
- Own the HR tech ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll) and deliver scalable, automated, people‑first processes.
- Lead a talented global team and collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Tech.
- Advise senior leaders and the board on compensation, workforce trends, and strategic people insights.
Experience required:
- Leadership experience in Total Rewards, People Analytics, and/or HR Systems in an international environment.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy and incentive design.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn data into action.
- Experience leading HR system strategy and vendor management.
- A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
