EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international, operational services business in the search for an FP&A & Business Insights Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This role sits within the European Finance team and will take ownership of business performance reporting, planning, and insights across a multi-country European operation. The position can be based in London or Edinburgh, with some travel across Europe.
Role responsibilities:
- Own FP&A and performance reporting for Europe
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
- Produce clear, senior-level management reporting and insights
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to regional and operational stakeholders
- Analyze key performance drivers including margins, productivity, and labor costs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using Power BI and related tools
- Work with group Finance systems to ensure consistent, accurate reporting
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- FP&A or business performance experience in a multi-entity environment
- Background in a low-margin, cost-focused business is beneficial
- Strong Excel and Power BI capability
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Able to step into a role quickly and operate with minimal handover
