EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global B2B service company. Our client seeks a Finance Manager Europe to support the financial control environment across multiple countries within the region, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong governance, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. You will work closely with regional finance teams, shared service centers, and Group Finance, acting as a key partner to the European Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong financial control framework across the region, including balance sheet reviews and policy deployment
- Monitor and drive performance against reporting deadlines and quality standards
- Partner with shared service centers and regional finance teams to ensure consistent controls and processes
- Coordinate cash flow forecasting and support treasury-related activities
- Oversee interactions with internal specialists (treasury, tax, internal audit) and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, finance manuals, and statutory requirements across jurisdictions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc regional finance projects
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with solid operational and technical experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and statutory reporting
- Proven ability to identify, communicate, and resolve financial and business risks
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with SUN and OneStream is advantageous
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
