Role Responsibilities:
β Meeting Coordination: Schedule Board meetings for London and Dublin-based companies.
β Board Pack Preparation: Help prepare and circulate Board packs and agendas.
β Minute Taking: Prepare agendas, minutes, and meeting packs for committees.
β Regulatory Compliance: Maintain company registers and file necessary documents.
β Governance Support: Assist Governance Manager in updating Management Responsibilities Map and Committee charters.
β Training and Development: Maintain CPD records and assist with training schedules.
β Administrative Support: Assist Chief Counsel β Europe with diary and travel management.
β Event Organisation: Organise team events and travel arrangements.
