Salary: Up to £60,000 + £4,620 car allowance
Location: Harlow (with travel to Cambridge) – Full UK driving license required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Your Role
In this role, you’ll be the BMS Custodian across our Harlow and Cambridge locations, taking full ownership of their operational reliability. You’ll oversee and optimise critical building systems, keeping them running at peak performance.
Whether you’re conducting proactive maintenance, swiftly responding to system faults, or implementing continuous improvement strategies, your impact will be felt every day.
