Role Overview
Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Onsite Allowances - Mon-Fri = flat rate. Sat/Sun/BHs = x1.5.
Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:30 (16 : 15 finish on Friday) Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30. Enjoy every other Friday off work

Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for Multiple Buildings & Civils Multi Skilled Operatives to work on our prestigious defence contract in Aldermaston.
Role Overview
As the Buildings & Civils Multi-Skilled Operative, you will be accountable for carrying out tasks to satisfactory completion. You must be keen, enthusiastic, and willing to learn from your immediate supervisor.
- Support the team in connection with all Buildings and Civils works.
- Implementation of policies, procedures and standards necessary to maintain the operational activities and to provide a high quality service to the customer.
- Support the line manage in the implementation of a programme of ongoing planned New Works across the contract in order to ensure a high standard of service.
- Respond rapidly to short-term issues arising from existing contracts and tasks.
- Ensure that the day to day operations are conducted to the highest standards in order to satisfy and maintain company defined standards.
- Ensure compliance to all site and company safety standards, taking into account all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Be fit and willing to carry out specific training for working within controlled areas including radiological and beryllium area.
What You Will Need
- Good all-round knowledge of Building and Civils is advantageous.
- Experience in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Groundworks and general building maintenance is desirable. The ability to establish, implement and monitor high standards of excellence in areas of quality, safety and operational performance.
