EMCOR UK is seeking a Soft Services Manager to lead and optimise non-technical FM services across multiple sites in England. This role covers cleaning, catering, reception, waste management, landscaping, pest control and other support services to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our client.
You will manage site FM teams, develop training, oversee supplier performance, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards while pursuing continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
