Role overview: Duties/Responsibilities Define forthcoming works programmes using the Asset Management System, including planned, breakdown, new work, and contracted tasks. Develop proposed plans, evaluate materials and resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure activities do not conflict. Coordinate with facilities management through planning meetings to gain actions and approvals. Process and follow up on work packages, liaising with Management and Supervisors to meet the Facility Plan requirements and close records. Print and distribute work dockets to the appropriate WSO as needed. Monitor and review all outstanding work, keep WSOs, Managers, and end users informed of progress, and communicate any plan revisions. Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires for completed works and escalate negative feedback for further action. Cover for leave and absences of other facilities coordinators and perform any duties assigned by the Team Leader. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards as per company policies, even if not safety-related. Person Specification High standards of operational planning and execution. Practical experience in operational environments; knowledge of planning tools; computer literacy; project planning skills; good communication and presentation abilities. Experience in helpdesk/planning environments. Knowledge of customer service, negotiation, and management. Resilience under pressure; confident communication with staff, suppliers, and customers.
