Location: Lincoln with occasional travel to Lincolnshire customer sites

Salary: ÂŁ34,000 per annum + Overtime + Call Out Allowance + Company Van

Contract Type: Perm, Full Time (40 hours per week)

About the role

Role Overview: Provide general electrical / mechanical maintenance service and support on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning, heating equipment and associated plant to various customer commercial sites across Lincolnshire.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies, including:
  • HVAC plant and all associated equipment
  • Industrial / commercial chiller systems and split systems
  • Building management systems
  • AHU plant and related equipment
  • Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
  • Carry out all duties in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Use spares and materials in a cost‑effective manner.
  • Carry out other duties as may be reasonably requested by site management or the client.
  • Obey client and EMCOR site rules and maintain a high standard of discipline at all times.
  • Work as an on‑call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
  • Complete site work order documentation to required site standards.
  • Who you’ll be:

    • Solid background within a similar role.
    • Trade qualifications and refrigeration qualifications NVQ/C&G certificate.
    • Electrically qualified or competent (desired).
    • Knowledge of Permit to Work system.
    • Undertaken relevant Health & Safety training (or willingness to undertake training).
    • Ability to sustain effective relationships.
    • Some knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
