Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contractors and builders to ensure plumbing systems are properly installed and function correctly.
- Issue H & S inductions, permits and SSOW.
- Conduct on-site inspections of systems to adhere to regulations and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or malfunctions with plumbing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Weekly/monthly PPM's, meet SLA/KPI deadlines.
- Hot and cold water systems, plumbing services including rectification of blockages.
- Low temperature hot water heating systems, pumps and controls.
- Ventilation, air handling and chilled water system.
- Compressed air systems.
- Legionella and pseudomonas control.
- Building management system BMS (training given).
- Refrigeration systems.
- Building fabric & general building maintenance.
- Standby generator and associated equipment.
- Fire alarm system (training given).

Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
