Salary: Up to ÂŁ30,000 per annum

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Fixed Term 6 months

What You’ll Do

  • Provide and guidance on HR Policies and procedures, employment law and employee relations issues with guidance as required (HR Officer role).
  • Support the senior HR team on policy and procedures; may include Trade Union relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR data and records (absences, holidays, sickness, etc.).
  • Oversee data management and monthly data cleansing; perform monthly HR reporting (e.g., Bradford Factor, starters, leavers, probation, RTWs).
  • Assist management with note taking for HR meetings; support HR initiatives as required.
  • Maintain and update training matrix/records; support HR BP and department with project work.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.

Who You\’ll Be

  • Operational HR experience supporting managers in all aspects of HR
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience in HR reporting; able to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Knowledge of employment legislation; understanding of GDPR
  • Travel required to support other sites as required

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential
