Job Purpose: To deliver individual or multiple projects related to new works within allocated budgets and defined programmes. To be able to manage direct and subcontract labour and produce the required reports for all works.

What you'll do:

  • To have a good electrical knowledge and experience to deliver electrically biased projects.
  • To ensure good site records and documentation is kept up to date.
  • Prepare specifications briefs in consultation with staff.
  • To complete works as per the SOR and to work within the parameters of the work books.
  • Prepare extra work SOR's and to work closely with the commercial teams to get these issued.
  • Prepare labour plans and update labour trackers with real life information.
  • Appoint and manage specialist contractors for the SOR's.
  • Attend regular approval meetings with Client interface.
  • Work with the SPM.
