Role Overview
Required to undertake duties as directed and respond to reactive requests, providing best practice in all cleaning activities to uphold company values and meet contractual deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure agreed standards and prioritise workload.
- Report any repairs noticed during cleaning duties.
- Provide timely response to service shortfalls identified.
- Perform daily maintenance on machinery (as trained) and report issues.
- Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
- Maintain adequate stocks of consumables in nominated cleaning stores and request replenishments as needed.
- Attend and complete training as required.
- Use chemicals and equipment as trained.
- Liaise with customers/prospects in a professional manner and escalate as required to ensure resolution.
- Work safely and raise any health and safety risks or hazards.
- Maintain good housekeeping of equipment, consumables and storage areas.
About The Role / Who you’ll be
- Previous experience of workplace cleaning would be an advantage.
- Good time keeping.
- Experience of providing good customer service.
- Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
- Be able to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices.
