Emco Talent are delighted to be working alongside one of our valued clients and have been tasked with the search of an experienced Ventilation Compliance & Testing Technician to join their growing technical team. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of sites, supporting compliance, performance, and safety of ventilation systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ventilation compliance inspections and produce accurate reports in line with current legislation
- Carry out fire damper testing with full documentation of results
- Undertake fan surveys and performance assessments
- Inspect, test, and work on air handling units (AHUs)
- Support and deliver required remedial works
- Complete ventilation remedial works where identified
- Contribute to improvements in existing ventilation systems to enhance compliance and efficiency
- Work safely on-site in accordance with health & safety procedures
- Communicate findings clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in ventilation compliance testing and reporting
- Fire damper testing experience
- Experience delivering ventilation remedial works
- Knowledge of fan surveys and AHUs
