Senior Electromagnetic Compliance Project Lead in Bristol

The EMC group provides critical technical leadership to a wide portfolio of complex defence systems, ensuring they are conceived, designed, verified and supported with robust electromagnetic resilience. The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for requirements definition, design guidance and testing support, drawing upon comprehensive internal EMC testing capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate work across several major programmes, introduce modern digital verification approaches, and ensure your team\’s activities align with project milestones and quality expectations. • Direct and coordinate project tasks to ensure delivery within agreed cost, time and quality boundaries

  Security Requirements: Applicants must be British citizens and capable of obtaining HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
