The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you will: Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure security, scalability, and efficiency. Lead and support an ongoing ERP implementation . Drive AI adoption and digital transformation across the business. Manage MSP relationships , ensuring top-tier IT support and cost efficiency. Develop IT policies, compliance strategies, and cybersecurity measures . Who We\’re Looking For Proven experience as an IT Manager, Head of IT, or similar leadership role in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors . Hands-on expertise in infrastructure management, ERP systems, and cybersecurity . Experience managing MSPs and ensuring high service levels. Passion for AI, automation, and leveraging data analytics . Strong stakeholder management skills—able to translate tech into business value.
