We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading SaaS software business in Derby. Known for their innovative digital solutions and tight-knit, friendly team, this is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive, digitally driven marketer looking to step into a varied and autonomous role.

About the Role - Maternity Cover

You’ll take full ownership of the digital marketing function during this maternity cover. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll lead and deliver multichannel campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise digital marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage customer journeys via HubSpot, with full KPI tracking
  • Create compelling content for websites, landing pages, email and campaign assets
  • Manage LinkedIn and other social channels, and oversee SEO activity
  • Run paid media campaigns across social and search platforms
  • Organise and deliver webinars
  • Monitor performance and create detailed marketing reports

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, PPC, SEO, and email marketing
  • Strong content creation skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Creative, self-motivated, and commercially aware
  • Full clean UK driving license and willingness to undertake a DBS check
