We’re hiring a sharp, experienced Workday Business Analyst to join a fast-growing enterprise transformation practice delivering critical change across global financial services. You’ll partner with major international consultancies and help well-known, high-profile clients reshape how they work — from implementing cutting-edge systems, including Workday, Anaplan and Planful. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and knows how to turn challenges into business outcomes.

As our new Business Analyst, you’ll:

  • Lead requirements gathering for multi-million-pound transformation programmes
  • Design processes that eliminate inefficiencies and deliver better user experiences
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, technology vendors, and delivery partners
  • Run structured workshops and interviews to extract genuine business needs
  • Conduct data analysis to ensure quality and integrity across systems
  • Support configuration and system decisions to maximise value
  • Manage data migration planning and execution

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise transformation

Familiarity with financial planning or ERP tools like Planful, Workday, Anaplan, or Adaptive

Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

Confident using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and BPMN or process mapping software

Solid understanding of data migration and integration challenges

Work with Tier 1 consultancies on transformation projects for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients
