We're working exclusively with a globally recognised intelligent transport technology company to look for the newest addition to their team, an IT Project Planner to join their UK team in Nottingham. This is a dual-function role that sits right at the heart of a high-profile, large-scale technology rollout programme.
What you’ll be doing:

- Acting as the single source of truth for all planning, scheduling, tasks, milestones, and resource plans
- Coordinating installation teams, engineering resources, and depot access windows
- Stepping up as Deputy Rollout Manager — representing the rollout function at governance reviews and escalation calls
- Building reporting dashboards and governance packs directly from Planner data
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Planner (governance, workflows, reporting, board structuring)
- Background in complex planning environments — engineering, field deployment, or transport preferred
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

What’s on offer:
- A genuinely significant programme — this is work that makes a visible difference
- Full support of a well-established UK team and a strong German parent organisation
