Business Development & Growth

  • Expand existing aerospace accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities across adjacent industries.
  • Support bids and programmes requiring commercial, technical, and regulatory alignment.
  • Manage a varied sales pipeline—from short-cycle wins to major long-term pursuits.

Strategic Relationship Leadership

  • Develop senior-level relationships across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and global partners.
  • Navigate board-level and procurement discussions with authority, maturity, and strategic foresight.
  • Position the business as a trusted partner delivering engineering excellence and commercial innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commercial background in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or another regulated technical sector.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex, high-value contracts.
