EMBS Engineering is partnering with a leading precision engineering manufacturer in the West Midlands to find a Project Quality Engineer. This company is a well-established entity in the precision engineering industry with a history of supplying safety-critical, highly complex components to globally recognised customers.

Responsibilities
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of project quality management and control. Your main goal is to ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual specifications and business processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tendering and Project Kick-off
- Reviewing client specifications and producing Project Quality Plans
- Reviewing and approving MITPs (Manufacturing Inspection and Test Plans)
- Flowing down client quality requirements to functions and suppliers
- Managing client non-conformance issues.
- Supporting project and client meetings.
- Conducting supplier surveillance and managing quality oversight activities within the supply chain.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 3834, and EN1090.
- Experience with NCR (Non-Conformance Report) generation and management.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills, with experience in methodologies like 8D, Six Sigma, 5S, or 7W.
