Due to the recent fast-paced growth of the business, our client is looking for TIG Welders to join their manufacturing department.\\n\\nWhat do you get?\\n\\n * Stability / Longevity\\n\\n * Competitive hourly rate: up to £18 per hour\\n\\n * Day shift – 07.00 to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays, with designated breaks\\n\\n * Overtime is available at premium rates\\n\\n * Additional benefits included\\n\\nYour responsibilities as a TIG Welder include:\\n\\n * Welds sheet metal and machined parts per procedures.\\n\\n * Reads data cards/drawings for machine setup.\\n\\n * Sets up machines with required tooling/fixturing.\\n\\n * Completes welding efficiently to meet output.\\n\\n * Skilled in TIG, measuring, and hand tools.\\n\\nWhat experience as a TIG Welder do you need?\\n\\n * Minimum 3 years experience working on precision engineering components within an engineering or manufacturing environment\\n\\n * Experience working to Aerospace standards\\n\\n * Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings with welding symbols/WPS\\n\\n * Capable of working with thin gauge materials (0.4mm – 1mm)\\n\\n * Worked with small to medium-sized parts (12" – 14")\\n\\n * Experienced in performing various welding techniques\\n\\nAbout us\\n\\nEMBS Engineering is a dedicated talent specialist that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious, advanced, precision engineering companies within the Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Green, Environmental and FMCG industries.\\nWe’ll offer you expert support and advice throughout the process to ensure you select and secure a career-defining role.\\n\\nSecurity clearance\\n\\nDue to the nature of the work & industries supported within this position, candidates may be subject to requiring security clearances, therefore, our client is unable to support visa applications from residents outside of the UK.
