EMBS Engineering is partnering with a leading precision engineering manufacturer in the West Midlands to find a Project Quality Engineer. This company is a well‑established entity in the precision engineering industry with a history of supplying safety‑critical, highly complex components to globally recognised customers.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and continuously improve project quality management and control.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual specifications and business processes.
- Tendering and Project Kick‑off.
- Reviewing client specifications and producing Project Quality Plans.
- Reviewing and approving MITPs (Manufacturing Inspection and Test Plans).
- Flowing down client quality requirements to functions and suppliers.
- Managing client non‑conformance issues.
- Supporting project and client meetings.
- Conducting supplier surveillance and managing quality oversight activities within the supply chain.
What you'll bring
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 3834, and EN 1090.
- Experience with NCR (Non‑Conformance Report) generation and management.
- Strong practical problem‑solving skills, with experience in methodologies like 8D, Six Sigma, 5S, or 7W.
