This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing engineering business that provides safety complex manufacturing solutions to highly regulated industries. The successful applicant will be supporting the delivery of high-quality components to elite performance customers.
Due to business growth, our client is now seeking an Engineering Estimator to work closely with the General Manager. This position involves technically evaluating customer requirements, developing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of quotations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, highlighting any potential challenges
- Creating accurate manufacturing routes within our ERP system, including material and cycle time costings
- Working collaboratively with production engineering and operations to ensure capacity and process alignment
- Supporting continuous improvement of estimating tools and data
- Ensuring a smooth handover from quote to production for successful project delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background performing CNC Machining duties - (setting, operating and editing) multi-axis Milling & Turning machines, ideally looking to step into an office-based role
- CNC Programming experience would be preferable
- Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, and feeds across various materials
- Confident reading complex drawings with solid GD&T knowledge
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for developing new commercial skills
