A growing UK cyber security organisation is looking to appoint a Solutions Consultant to support commercial growth and customer engagement. This role offers the chance to work closely with customers, sales teams and technical specialists, helping shape and position secure solutions within complex environments.
To be considered, you must hold Security Clearance to at least SC level, with the ability to obtain and maintain unconditional DV clearance. If you enjoy customer-facing work, pre-sales activity and translating technical capability into clear business value, this role provides a strong platform to make an impact while developing your career within a scaling business.
What the role involves:
- Supporting sales and business development activity from early-stage engagement through to deal close.
- Taking part in customer meetings to understand requirements and help shape appropriate solutions.
- Assisting with opportunity qualification, pipeline development and commercial strategy.
- Leading or supporting solution demonstrations, customer trials and workshops.
- Contributing to proposals, bids and customer-facing documentation.
- Supporting pricing and packaging discussions alongside internal stakeholders.
- Translating customer needs into clear commercial and solution inputs for internal delivery teams.
- Ensuring smooth handover from sales into delivery and support functions.
- Capturing customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Travel within the UK, with occasional overseas travel, may be required.
What you’ll bring:
- A background in network or cyber security.
- A strong commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience supporting or participating in sales or pre-sales activities.
- Confidence presenting and explaining solutions to a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their value clearly.

- Typically 5+ years’ relevant experience in a similar environment.
