Demand Manager

This is a role with real responsibility and the chance to drive improvements across sales forecasting, supplier partnerships, ERP best practices, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).\\n\\nWhat you will be doing:\\n\\n * Acting as the main point of contact for all customer orderbook demands\\n\\n * Keeping sales orderbooks accurate, updated, and aligned with customer needs\\n\\n * Managing and enhancing SIOP processes across the business\\n\\n * Collaborating closely with manufacturing and purchasing teams\\n\\n * Leading supplier relationship management and performance improvement initiatives\\n\\n * Driving KPIs, continuous improvement, and best practice across demand, supply, and purchasing\\n\\n * Coaching teams and embedding ERP discipline across supply chain activities\\n\\nWe are looking for someone who:\\n\\n * Has solid experience in demand planning, supply chain, or production management\\n\\n * Communicates confidently and effectively with internal teams and external partners\\n\\n * Loves driving process improvements and coaching others to raise standards\\n\\n * Is detail oriented, proactive, and committed to getting things right first time\\n\\n * Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
