What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Strategy & Contract Negotiation
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with key manufacturing clients.
- Manage and re-negotiate long-term customer contracts, often moving away from fixed 5-year models.
- Work across varied pricing strategies, demonstrating the value proposition within a high-quality engineering environment.
- Understand and manage sophisticated contractual structures within regulated and technical industries.
- Business Development & Sales Cycle Management
- Grow key customer accounts while identifying new opportunities across adjacent industrial sectors.
- Support technical and regulatory discussions for new client programmes and bids.
- Engage across a diverse mix of sales cycles—from quick wins to longer-term strategic pursuits.
- Leverage the business’s reputation for technical excellence and bespoke manufacturing capability.
- Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients and stakeholders in global OEMs and advanced manufacturing environments.
- Navigate board-level discussions with commercial maturity and confidence.

What We’re Looking For
