An exciting role with our group company Novaro – Social Commerce Manager. Novaro is a fast-growing Social Commerce agency helping brands unlock their potential through social, creators, and e-commerce. As a start-up, we’re big on innovation, creativity, and collaboration and we’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to grow with us and make a real impact.

You’ll act as the key link between our clients and delivery teams, owning relationships and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape how social commerce is delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of social commerce and content campaigns
  • Leading TikTok Shop setup and ongoing management
  • Creating and maintaining content calendars
  • Reporting on performance, insights, and ROI
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Managing affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients
  • Keeping up to date with trends and sharing insights with clients
  • Supporting wider projects to help scale the agency

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a client-facing marketing, social or agency role
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (end-to-end)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their role in e-commerce
  • Organised and confident managing multiple projects
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
