  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new starters, including desk setup and welcome materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations and leadership teams as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative, office coordination, or front-of-house experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and general office tools
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information
