About Embrava

Embrava is a workplace technology company building hardware and software that helps people work better together. Best known for our Blynclight and Desk/Room Sign products, we serve customers across the globe from our offices in the US, UK, and Australia. As our customer base grows, we're looking for an Account Executive to help bring Embrava's products to new organizations across the UK.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive, based in our London office, to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, with a mix of new and growing UK accounts. You'll work with a range of stakeholders, from individual buyers to small teams of decision-makers, and help more organizations discover how Embrava's products fit into their workday. This is a great role for someone who enjoys the full arc of a sale and wants to grow their skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating, to closing
  • Research and target accounts, building outreach and account strategies tailored to each organization's size, structure, and industry
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Embrava's value across the people who'll use, buy, and support the product
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations for both business and technical stakeholders, and respond to day-to-day technical questions with confidence
  • Coordinate deals involving a few stakeholders (e.g., IT, procurement) as needed, keeping everyone aligned as the deal progresses
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong long-term account health
  • Keep pipeline, forecasts, and account activity current in CRM, giving the team clear visibility into deal health
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, feeding market and customer insight back into go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS or hardware a plus)
  • A track record of winning new accounts and consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable and confident presenting to a range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to small groups of decision-makers
  • Skilled at multi-stakeholder sales conversations, tailoring messaging across different buyer personas
  • Organized and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a full sales cycle without losing momentum
  • A driven, confident self-starter who can build Embrava's presence with minimal oversight
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline and forecast management

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling into workplace technology, IT, facilities, or hardware-adjacent categories
  • Familiarity with international or multi-region enterprise deals (Embrava operates across the US, UK, and Australia)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (£65,000-£90,000 OTE based on experience level)
  • Statutory pension scheme
  • Room to grow as Embrava's sales team and customer base expand
  • A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
