Embracing Care is a family run company that is based on our core values of dignity, respect, choice and independence. We have been providing care and support to people in their own homes since 2000. We are one of the largest care companies in County Durham and are a preferred provider with Durham County Council.

We support people with a variety of needs, including personal care needs (washing, bathing, toileting and dressing etc). We administer and prompt medication, make meals, wellbeing checks and shopping calls. The care and support we provide enables our service users to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
