Embracing Care is a family run company that is based on our core values of dignity, respect, choice and independence. We have been providing care and support to people in their own homes since 2000. We are one of the largest care companies in County Durham and are a preferred provider with Durham County Council. We are a dedicated team and are very proud of the support we provide to all of our Service Users.
We support people with a variety of needs, including dementia related illnesses, mental health issues, learning disabilities, various health conditions; or just people who need a little bit of help with their daily routines. In our Reablement Service we offer short term support to people who may be recovering from an operation or illness. Our aim is for the service user to regain their independence and go on to live a happy independent life.
