An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Part-time Learning Support Assistant to join our school working 5 mornings and 1 afternoon. As an LSA, you will be part of a dedicated team that celebrates individuality, fosters curiosity, and helps children grow into confident, compassionate learners. You will play a key role in delivering our inclusive and inspiring curriculum, supporting children to aim high, persevere through challenges, and develop a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for individuals who are:

  • experienced in providing support for children including with special education needs,
  • qualified to a minimum of NVQ 2 in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent,
  • passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and forming and building relationships,
  • a strong team player who is able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the class teacher,
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and
  • are committed to supporting the ethos of a values-based school that promotes ambition, respect, kindness, and resilience in all aspects of school life.
