Your Role as a Support Worker
Deliver person-centred care, supporting independence and well-being.
Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
Create a safe, supportive & inclusive environment for those we support.
Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.
What You\’ll Need
Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential.
Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
Compassion, patience & a caring nature – making a real difference every day.
Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.
