Embrace Care is recruiting full-time Support Workers to join our CQC-regulated adult care services, supporting adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker at Embrace Care, you will play a vital role in helping adults feel safe, valued and supported every day. You will encourage independence, confidence and personal choice while creating a stable, therapeutic and positive home environment.

Embrace Care is a growing specialist provider. In 2024, we grew our workforce to over 140 colleagues, and in 2026 we will continue to grow sustainably — meaning stronger teams, better on-shift support and clear opportunities to build a long-term career in specialist adult care.

What we offer

  • 28 days paid annual leave with annual pay reviews
  • Loyalty bonuses up to £32,000 over 10 years
