As part of our continued growth, we are creating a brand-new Training team consisting of a Training Manager and a Senior Training Manager —a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead learning and development across the organisation. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the training and development function across all services. You will ensure that all employees receive high-quality induction, mandatory training and ongoing development, enabling them to deliver safe, effective and compliant care .
