Your Role as a Support Worker

  • Deliver person-centred care, supporting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
  • Create a safe, supportive & inclusive environment for those we support.
  • Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
  • Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential.
  • Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
  • Compassion, patience & a caring nature – making a real difference every day.
  • Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.
