Embrace Care is recruiting full-time Support Workers to join our CQC‐regulated adult care services, supporting adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker at Embrace Care, you will play a vital role in helping adults feel safe, valued and supported every day. You will encourage independence, confidence and personal choice while creating a stable, therapeutic and positive home environment.

Embrace Care is a growing specialist provider. In 2024, we grew our workforce to over 140 colleagues, and in 2026 we will continue to grow sustainably — meaning stronger teams, better on‐shift support and clear opportunities to build a long‐term career in specialist adult care.

Contract details

  • Permanent full‐time position
  • Includes sleep‐in duties

What we offer

  • £13.00 to £13.50 per hour plus sleep‐in payments
  • Approximately £31,400 to £32,400 per year including sleep‐ins
  • 28 days paid annual leave with annual pay reviews

Your role as a Support Worker

  • Provide day‐to‐day care and support to adults with specialist needs
  • Support daily routines, personal care, activities and community engagement
  • Help adults build confidence, independence and essential life skills
  • Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
  • Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
  • Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team

What we are looking for

  • Experience in care, support work, Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health (helpful but not essential)
  • A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes
  • Resilience, empathy and a genuine desire to support adults with complex needs
