Embrace Care is seeking a confident, Level 5 qualified Registered Manager (or working towards) to lead our Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home, supporting children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and complex needs.

As a Registered Manager at Embrace Care, you will take full leadership responsibility under Ofsted and play a key role in shaping high-quality, stable and therapeutic residential childcare. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who understands regulatory expectations, knows how to achieve strong outcomes and wants autonomy, trust and organisational backing to lead exceptionally well.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Full Registered Manager responsibilities under Ofsted regulations
  • Leading the home, its culture, values, performance and standards
  • Safeguarding leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Staff recruitment, supervision, development and performance
  • Ensuring positive, stable and lasting outcomes for children and young people
  • Participating in the on-call rota as part of senior leadership

What you’ll need:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Or working towards)
  • Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home
  • Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Strong experience supporting children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and complex needs
  • Full UK driving licence
