Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Deliver person-centred care, supporting independence and well-being.
- Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
- Create a safe, supportive & inclusive environment for those we support.
- Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
- Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential.
- Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
- Compassion, patience & a caring nature – making a real difference every day.
- Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.
